Branding Files

Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.

Designs

Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.

Artwork Files

Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.

Sizing

Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.

For custom jeans orders, the lead instances are:
Samples: about 15-20 days to ship
Production:about 30-45 days to ship

Step 1

Connect With Us

Submit your inquiry and let us understand your brand needs. We’ll send you a link to fill in your design details.

Step 2

Design Submission

Share your tech pack or mockup. Based on your design and garment type, we’ll provide an estimated sample cost.

Step 3

Fabric & Trim Sourcing

Once the quote is approved and payment is made, we’ll begin sourcing suitable fabrics, colors, and trims. You’ll receive material options to choose from. Please provide size specs at this stage.

Step 4

Sample Sheet Confirmation

Our team will organize all design and size details into a sample sheet. We’ll send it to you for confirmation before sample production begins.

Step 5

Sample Production

After approval, we’ll start producing your customized vintage-washed sample using our modern washing and sewing equipment.

Step 6

Quality Inspection

Each sample goes through strict quality checks. We’ll send you detailed photos and videos for review before shipment.

Step 7

Packing & Delivery

Once confirmed, we’ll carefully pack and ship your sample via DHL, UPS, or your preferred carrier to your destination.
