At WASHTIK, we understand the rigorous quality expectations of fashion-forward and premium streetwear brands.        Our mission is to deliver exceptional vintage-wash apparel that meets and exceeds international standards.        

Backed by years of industry experience, we have developed a comprehensive Quality Control system tailored to ensure that every garment — from T-shirts to hoodies and jackets—embodies consistency, durability, and style.

Our Quality Control process includes 8 key checkpoints, designed to guarantee precision at every stage of production.

1. Raw Material Inspection

We begin by testing all incoming fabrics and trims to ensure compliance with international durability, colorfastness, and sustainability standards.        

Our materials are primarily sourced from trusted Chinese suppliers for efficient cost control, with the option for global sourcing based on client needs.

2. Fabric Pre-treatment Inspection

Before production, we evaluate shrinkage, elasticity, and color fastness to ensure every fabric can withstand the vintage wash process without compromising quality or fit.

3. Sample Review

For every custom order, we produce detailed samples based on the client’s specifications.        

These prototypes are reviewed collaboratively to ensure fabric performance, craftsmanship, and design accuracy meet brand positioning.

4. First-Stage Production Check

At the start of bulk production, we inspect the initial outputs for cutting accuracy, stitching quality, and overall workmanship.        

This ensures that mass production aligns with the approved sample.

5. Mid-Production Check

During manufacturing, we conduct scheduled checks to monitor quality and workflow efficiency.       

This allows us to identify and correct issues early, maintaining high standards throughout.

6. Detail-Oriented Quality Check

We examine fine details such as seam strength, label placement, and hardware functionality.       

 Every stitch and component is checked to reflect the premium nature of our garments.

7. Finished Product Inspection

Completed garments go through visual inspections, measurement validation, and performance testing to ensure flawless final results.

8. Pre-shipment Final Inspection

Before dispatch, we verify appearance, fit, packaging, and certification compliance.        

Only products that pass this final check are approved for delivery.
