When Does the Lead Time for Sample and Production Start?

The lead time for samples and production officially begins once all necessary details are finalized. This process typically includes:

1.Design Approval: Final confirmation of the design, either through tech packs, sketches, or other references, to ensure all specifications are clear.

2.Fabric and Trim Selection: Agreement on the materials to be used, including the fabric, trims, and any additional components required for the production.

3.Payment of Deposits: Receipt of any required deposit payments to secure materials and reserve production slots.

Only after these steps are completed can we initiate the sampling or production process. Ensuring all details are settled upfront helps us maintain a smooth workflow and deliver high-quality results on time.
